Occupational Therapist (OT) - School-Based Opportunity
Bastrop, TX | School Year

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with a school district in the Humble area for the school year. This full-time position offers a structured schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build essential life and academic skills.
About the Role
As a school-based OT, you will help students develop the functional skills needed to succeed in the classroom and daily activities. You'll work with a diverse caseload, supporting fine motor development, sensory processing, and independence with school-related tasks.
Schedule & Setting
Monday-Friday school hours
No evenings or weekends

Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Texas OT license (or ability to obtain)
NBCOT certification preferred
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
