Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Assignment Details
Contract length: 13 weeks; Guaranteed hours: 40 hours/week, with up to 3 call-offs allowed during the assignment.
Requirements
Current NM license
MOAB certification required; de-escalation course provided for those without certification
NBCOT certification required
BLS certification required
Second set of fingerprints required upon arrival for background check if assigned to homes with children
Pending state license accepted
Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to assigned patients
Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
