Edenbrook St. Cloud, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring a Fill-Time Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations!
Position: Occupational Therapist - (Full Time or PRN)
Primary Job Responsibilities:
To provide quality Occupational therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, in accordance with established standards of practice, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards.n
To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation and conduct specialized evaluations as indicated.n
To supervise and direct Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in the implementation of the treatment plan.n
Apply interventions to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL)n
Recommend adaptive equipment and train in its usen
Guide and educate family members and caregiversn
Observe, note, and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goalsn
Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program.
Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.
Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
