Occupational Therapist (OT)

nPay: $1040 / Week

nLocation: Union City, CA
nThe Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.
nMinimum Requirements:
nnnCurrent licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
n
nnMust be a graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy
n
nnOne (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
n
nnCurrent CPR if applicable
n
nnTB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
n
nnCurrent Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
n
nnMust meet all federal, state and local requirements
n
nnMust be at least 18 years of age
n
