Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Glade Valley | Walkersville, MD
$43-$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Glade Valley. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy while helping residents improve daily function, safety, and independence.
What You'll Do
Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care
Provide skilled treatment addressing activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance
Establish treatment goals and track resident progress
Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to support greater independence
Adjust treatment plans based on resident needs and response to therapy
Educate residents and caregivers on strategies for safe daily activities
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with COTAs, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals

Qualifications
Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
