Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a weekend Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Duties of an exceptional therapist include:
Evaluate residents’ conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans
Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching
Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members &contributes to team effort
OT Requirements Include:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Current New York State OT License
