In this position, you will go beyond merely addressing symptoms; you will help restore routines, rebuild confidence, and reignite the joy in daily activities. From guiding stroke survivors through fine motor skill rehabilitation to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, you will pour your expertise into offering patient-centered care that cultivates resilience and independence.

This is a setting that values genuine human connection over mere checklists. Every patient presents a unique story, and each therapy session becomes a pivotal chapter in their journey to recovery. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, you will co-create rehabilitation plans as distinctive as the individuals behind them.

We've cultivated an extraordinary environment here. Our rehabilitation team doesn't just show up; we uplift one another, exchange knowledge, and celebrate every success together, regardless of its size. You'll discover a workplace where your input is valued, your professional journey is nurtured, and your efforts yield visible results day in and day out.

And let's not forget the beautiful backdrop: Jacksonville, Florida, a flourishing metropolis that surprises and delights. Gone are the days of bustling urban landscapes; here, you will find picturesque beaches, tranquil rivers ideal for kayaking, and nature trails that weave through lush greenery and landscapes adorned with ancient oaks.

Immerse yourself in a community vibrant with creativity, music, and culinary delights. From gourmet food trucks serving up an array of barbecue to eclectic eateries offering vaunted seafood dishes, there is no shortage of flavor and flair. Vintage boutiques, lively concert venues, and charming independent bookstores populate the walkable neighborhoods, all while the tempo of life retains the charm of leisurely conversations and sunset strolls on the beach.

We're on the lookout for someone who views occupational therapy as more than merely a career; it's a calling. We want a candidate who feels exhilaration when a patient regains mobility, enjoys a newfound daily activity, or shares a moment of expression long kept silent.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a promising new graduate, those who bring compassion, determination, and a humble spirit will thrive in this environment. If the idea of combining excellent patient care with a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you — your search ends here.

This is more than just a job offer; it's an invitation to be part of a transformative journey. Here, your work will not only influence lives; it will be integral in igniting recoveries and reinstating what was once lost. You will accomplish this in a region celebrated for its blend of dynamism and tranquility.

If you are poised to evolve, contribute, and embed yourself in a community committed to care — we welcome you with open arms.
