In this position, you're not merely addressing symptoms; you play a pivotal role in transforming lives. Whether you're assisting stroke survivors in regaining dexterity or guiding orthopedic patients back to their normal routines, you will apply your knowledge and compassion to deliver exceptional care focused on resilience and self-sufficiency.

Our approach avoids the mundane and unfeeling routines; instead, every patient represents a unique narrative waiting to unfold, and each therapy session contributes to their renewal. Working alongside a dedicated team of therapists, medical professionals, and social workers, you will customize rehabilitation strategies that honor the individuality of each person.

We've created a remarkable culture within our rehabilitation team; we don't just show up for work—we cheer one another on, exchange insights, and celebrate victories collectively. In this space, your contributions matter, and your development is prioritized, all while you see the tangible results of your hard work each day.

And let's not forget the backdrop: Chicago, a metropolis that brims with energy and endless possibilities. This city is a vibrant tapestry of architecture and art, with its bustling streets home to culinary delights from every corner of the globe. From historic jazz clubs where music reverberates through the evening air to sprawling parks and picturesque lakefronts perfect for enjoying a sunny day, you'll find both inspiration and relaxation are just moments away.

With an artistic community that invites all walks of life, you're surrounded by innovation from fellow artists and professionals alike—all balancing life's hustle with cherished moments spent in cozy cafes or lively public parks.

We're seeking someone who views occupational therapy as more than just a job, but as their life's passion. Your heart should light up every time a patient accomplishes a new task, regains confidence, or narrates a story previously lost to them.

If you're a seasoned OTR/L or a fresh graduate seeking your career launchpad, you will flourish in a setting that values compassion, hard work, and humility. If the idea of coupling quality medical care with a vibrant lifestyle resonates with you, we believe you will find your home here.

This is an opportunity not just to earn a title but to contribute to an inspiring mission. At this practice, your work will profoundly alter lives, energize recoveries, and help reclaim what was once lost—all while you enjoy the benefits of living in a city unparalleled in its charm.

If you're feeling ready to cultivate your own growth while supporting a community that truly cares, we can't wait to meet you.
