Occupational Therapist / OTR

Your Role in This Dynamic Environment
Personalized Treatment Planning: Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their functional objectives.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.
Team Collaboration: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care.
Educate and Empower: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy methods to encourage ongoing progress at home.
Assess and Adjust: Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes.
Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is highly encouraged.
Necessary Credentials
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
Skills and Attributes
