In this position, your role transcends basic symptom treatment; you will aid in restoring routines, rebuilding self-esteem, and rekindling joy in the everyday lives of your patients. From assisting stroke survivors in regaining fine motor skills to guiding orthopedic patients toward post-surgery mobility, you'll deploy your expertise to provide personalized care that cultivates resilience and independence.

This environment is not one where you follow a checklist; rather, it's a setting where each patient's story is revered, and every therapy session contributes to their journey back to wellness. You'll collaborate closely with other therapists, medical professionals, and social workers to craft rehab plans that celebrate the individuality of those you serve.

We've created a unique atmosphere here. Our rehab team does more than punch a clock — we support one another, exchange knowledge, and collectively celebrate our achievements, big and small. You'll discover a workplace that values your voice, prioritizes your growth, and allows you to see the tangible impact of your work every day.

And let's not overlook the enchanting setting: the Great Lakes Region is an outdoor lover's paradise filled with breathtaking landscapes, serene lakes, and abundant recreational opportunities. Forget the hustle of city life — here, you can immerse yourself in nature's tranquility, with picturesque trails for biking and hiking, crystal-clear waters for kayaking, and vibrant communities showcasing local art and culture.

This area pulses with creativity, culinary delights, and engaging experiences. From idyllic cafés to lively festivals, you'll find a community that embraces diversity, fuels imagination, and allows for quality conversations as you stroll through charming neighborhoods.

We are searching for an individual who views occupational therapy not merely as a profession but as a true mission. Someone who experiences joy when a patient regains the ability to use their hand, walks independently for the first time, or engages in a heartfelt conversation that they were previously unable to express.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or an ambitious newcomer ready to make a difference, you will excel here if you embody passion, dedication, and a humble spirit. If you cherish the concept of merging high-quality care with an equally high-quality lifestyle — this is your place to thrive.
