Hemet Hills Post Acute – Hemet, CA
Location: 1717 W Stetson Ave, Hemet, CA 92545 Schedule: Full Time Pay: $55–$60 per hour, depending on experience

In this role, you will work alongside an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain independence, improve function, and enhance their quality of life. We're looking for a clinician who brings strong clinical skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for patient care.

Requirements
Active California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to support team needs
