What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll go beyond just treating symptoms. You will help restore routines, build confidence, and reignite joy in everyday living. From guiding patients recovering from strokes through fine motor skills rehabilitation to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, your expertise will be pivotal in providing person-centered care that fosters resilience and independence.

This is not a site for quick fixes or robotic checklists. It is a space where every patient carries a unique story, and each therapy session becomes a meaningful chapter in their journey to recovery. Working closely with your fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, you will create rehabilitation plans that honor the individuality of each person you serve.

Why You'll Adore the Team — and the Thriving City That Nurtures You

We have developed a uniquely supportive environment here. Our rehab team does not simply go through the motions — we uplift each other, share insights, and celebrate both significant milestones and small victories together. You'll discover a workplace where your opinions matter, your development is prioritized, and your positive influence is seen every single day.

And let's speak of the surroundings: Jacksonville, Florida, a hub of excitement and opportunity that welcomes explorers. Say goodbye to urban confines — here, you will find stunning beaches, vibrant arts, and a flourishing culinary scene that entices the palate. From sunrise strolls along sandy shores to late-afternoon kayaking on picturesque rivers, this is a city that celebrates life and nature in equal measure.

The community bursts with creativity, a mix of art, music, and flavor. Food lovers can indulge in everything from gourmet seafood to local craft brews, while charming neighborhoods encourage strolling and discovery. Jacksonville offers a unique blend of energy and tranquility, making room for both exhilarating adventures and quiet moments of reflection.

Who We're Seeking

We're on the lookout for an individual who views occupational therapy not merely as a career but as a profound calling. Someone who feels elation witnessing a patient regain their dexterity, move with greater ease, or finally articulate their emotions after a long silence.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a fresh, certified practitioner, you will flourish here if you imbue your work with passion, diligence, and a spirit of service. If you cherish the idea of coupling high-quality care with a high-quality lifestyle — your new home awaits.

Join Us in Creating Meaningful Change — Together

This is your chance to become part of something far greater than just a job listing. Here, your efforts will shape individuals' futures, ignite recoveries, and help restore what once was lost. And you'll do it all in a region known for harmonizing ambition with serenity.

If you're prepared to grow professionally, give back to the community, and embed yourself in a caring environment — we are eager to welcome you to our team.
