In this role, you will do more than just provide therapy—you will help revive daily routines, rebuild confidence, and restore joy in living. You'll guide individuals through their rehabilitation journeys, from helping those recovering from strokes reclaim fine motor skills to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining post-surgery mobility. Your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering person-centered care that fosters resilience and independence in the individuals you serve.

This position thrives on intricate, personal connections and dedicated work rather than quick checklists. Each patient brings a unique story, and every therapy session unfolds as a vital chapter in their recovery. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and social workers, you will co-create rehabilitation strategies tailored to the individual narratives of your patients.

We pride ourselves on cultivating something exceptional. Our rehabilitation team embodies unity, where colleagues uplift one another, share insights, and celebrate every victory - big and small. You'll find yourself in an environment where your contributions are valued, your growth opportunities are abundant, and your impact is apparent each day.

And then there is picturesque Augusta, Georgia—a place that is as inviting as it is inspiring. Known for its lush landscapes, serene riverfronts, and historical allure, Augusta provides a perfect backdrop to your professional journey. From vibrant cultural festivals to a culinary scene that caters to all tastes, the community is filled with artistic vibrancy and Southern hospitality that invites you with open arms. Enjoy leisurely strolls through botanical gardens or partake in outdoor adventures along the Savannah River.

We seek someone who perceives occupational therapy not merely as a career, but as a calling. The ideal candidate is someone who feels joy in a patient mastering a task they previously struggled with or taking steps towards autonomy that they thought were lost.

Whether you're a seasoned OTR/L or an emerging talent fresh out of certification, this is a place where individuals with heart, hard work, and humility can flourish. If you dream of blending high-quality care with an enriching lifestyle—your search ends here.

This invitation is about joining something larger than yourself—a chance to shape futures, spark recoveries, and restore what was once lost. And you will do it in a region synonymous with harmony and opportunity.

If you are ready to thrive, give back, and immerse yourself in a caring community—join us!
