What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll engage in much more than just addressing symptoms; you'll assist in reinstating routines, rebuilding confidence, and re-igniting the joy of daily living for your patients. From assisting individuals recovering from strokes with fine motor rehabilitation to guiding orthopedic patients as they regain mobility post-surgery, your expertise will be at the forefront of person-centered care that nurtures both resilience and independence.

Here, we avoid shortcuts and focus instead on understanding that each patient has a unique narrative, with every therapy session representing a chapter in their recovery. You will create collaborative rehabilitation plans alongside fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers — all tailored to the individual stories of those you support.

Why You'll Love the Team — and the City That Inspires You

We pride ourselves on creating a special culture within our rehab team. Here, the atmosphere is all about shared support — we motivate each other, exchange insights, celebrate wins however small, and truly care about one another. You will discover a workplace where your contributions are valued, your development is nurtured, and the impact of your service is evident each day.

And let's not forget Indianapolis: a city that blends innovation with Midwestern warmth. This dynamic locale offers everything — from world-renowned museums and a thriving arts scene to lush parks perfect for jogging or relaxing. The spirit of Indianapolis can be felt in its vibrant neighborhoods, rich history, and an ever-evolving food landscape. Savor locally crafted brews, enjoy the buzz at farmer's markets, or catch a live game at one of the local sporting events. There's always something to explore and enjoy.

Who We're Looking For

We're in search of someone who perceives occupational therapy as not merely a job, but a passion and vocation. A person whose heart swells with pride when a patient regains the use of their hand, moves more fluidly, or shares a previously unvoiced thought.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or just beginning your journey after certification, you'll find fulfillment here if you bring enthusiasm, dedication, and a humble spirit to your craft. If you envision blending high-quality patient care with an exceptional lifestyle — your search ends here.

Let's Create Meaning Together

This is your call to become part of a mission greater than a mere job title. Your efforts will mold futures, catalyze recoveries, and retrieve what was lost. And you'll make a difference in a community celebrated for its blend of hustle and harmony.

So, if you're enthusiastic about professional growth, passionate about giving back, and desire to be part of a caring community — we can't wait to welcome you to our team.
