Your Role in Patient Care
As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you will do so much more than address symptoms; you will aid individuals in restoring their routines, regaining confidence, and finding joy in daily activities. From assisting stroke survivors in fine motor rehabilitation to supporting orthopedic patients in recovering mobility post-surgery, your expertise will shine through in delivering person-centered care that empowers resilience and autonomy.
This isn't just a conventional job — it's a path filled with stories and personal victories. Each patient represents a narrative, with every therapy session leading to a significant milestone in their journey. You will work hand in hand with fellow therapists and medical professionals to develop rehabilitation plans that cater specifically to each individual's unique needs.

Explore farmer's markets, local art districts, and culinary delights from food trucks to celebrated chefs, all while enjoying the inviting cityscape that beckons adventure and relaxation alike.
Who We're Seeking
We envision an Occupational Therapist who sees their career as more than just a job, but rather a vocation fueled by passion. Someone who feels a rush of joy witnessing a patient take their first independent steps, express a thought they'd long kept to themselves, or regain a skill they feared lost forever.
If you're an accomplished OTR/L or a bright newcomer filled with potential, your place is with us if you bring heart, determination, and a willingness to learn. If the prospect of marrying exceptional patient care with a vibrant quality of life resonates with you — your new home awaits.
