What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll transcend treating symptoms; you'll play a vital role in restoring routines, boosting self-esteem, and reviving joy in everyday activities. From guiding individuals recovering from stroke through fine motor rehabilitation to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility following surgery, your expertise will be essential in delivering patient-centered care that promotes resilience and autonomy.

This position isn't just about ticking boxes or following routines. It's a place where every patient has a story, and each therapy session is a chapter in their journey to recovery. You will collaborate closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to craft rehabilitation plans that are as extraordinary as the individuals they serve.

Why You'll Love the Team — and the Community That Surrounds You

We've cultivated a truly special atmosphere. Our rehabilitation workforce does not merely show up for work; we support one another, exchange insights, and celebrate achievements (both large and small) together. Here, you will discover a workplace where your contributions are valued, personal growth is promoted, and your impact is visible daily.

And the locale? It's a gem in the Midwest — a place where tradition meets innovation and where curiosity is rewarded. Bid farewell to bustling cityscapes; instead, immerse yourself in Lincoln, Nebraska, with its expansive green parks, elegant historic districts, and a rhythm that balances modern life with a sense of community warmth.

Who We're Seeking

We're on the lookout for an individual who perceives occupational therapy as not merely a career, but a profound mission. Someone filled with joy when they witness a patient regain the ability to use their hand, requiring fewer steps of assistance, or find their voice again.

Whether you're a seasoned OTR/L professional or a promising newcomer, you will flourish here if you embody passion, initiative, and kindness. If the idea of blending exceptional care with an enriching lifestyle resonates with you — you've discovered your ideal career pathway.
