As an Occupational Therapist here, you're committing to more than simply alleviating conditions; you're dedicated to restoring routines, rebuilding self-assurance, and reigniting joy in day-to-day activities. Whether it's aiding stroke survivors in fine motor recovery or assisting orthopedic patients on their journey to mobility, you will channel your expertise to deliver patient-centered care that inspires resilience and autonomy.

This is not an environment for formulas or quick fixes. Instead, it's a place where every patient has a story, and each therapy session is a significant segment of their healing journey. Collaborating closely with doctors, social workers, nurses, and fellow therapists, you'll develop rehabilitation plans that reflect the individuality of each patient.

We've cultivated an extraordinary atmosphere here. Our rehabilitation team is about more than just fulfilling shifts; we uplift one another, share insights, and celebrate achievements, no matter their size. You'll discover a workplace where your contributions are valued, your future is fostered, and your impact resonates daily.

And let's talk about our locale: the majestic Ozarks. This vibrant region enchants with its rolling hills, sprawling forests, and rich tapestry of cultural offerings. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore lush trails, lakes suited for fishing, and serene parks that invite weekend picnics.

Local culinary delights range from savory farm-to-table eateries to bustling farmer's markets brimming with fresh produce. Here, artistic communities thrive alongside local businesses, enriching the streets with live music, art shows, and a delightful café culture. This is not just a region—it's a lifestyle steeped in creativity, connection, and community warmth.

Your Ideal Fit

What we seek is someone who views occupational therapy as more than just a job; it's a pursuit that ignites your spirit. You shine when witnessing a patient reclaim their abilities, move with more confidence, or share their story after a long hiatus.

Regardless of whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a newly minted graduate, you will flourish here if you exhibit compassion, energy, and humility in your work. If you are eager to intertwine top-notch patient care with a lifestyle that brings you joy — you've found your perfect home.
