Your Role and Impact

As an occupational therapist in our team, your role transcends merely addressing symptoms. You will take an active part in restoring daily rituals, rebuilding self-esteem, and reigniting joy in everyday activities. From assisting stroke survivors with fine motor skills to guiding orthopedic patients in regaining post-surgery mobility, your expertise will play a vital role in delivering personalized care that nurtures resilience and autonomy.

This is not a position for those who merely check boxes or overlook details; it's a place where every patient is regarded as an individual and every therapy session as an important chapter in their healing journey. You will partner closely with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers to create rehabilitation strategies that are as distinctive as the patients themselves.

Why You'll Adore Our Team — and the Community That Surrounds You

We've cultivated something truly meaningful here. Our rehabilitation team is more than just a group of colleagues; we rally behind one another, exchange insights, and celebrate accomplishments—big and small. You'll discover a workplace where your opinions are valued, your growth is encouraged, and you can see the positive impact of your work every single day.

Furthermore, there's the breathtaking backdrop of the Raleigh-Durham Area, a locale that thrives on creativity and intellectual stimulation. Experience a picturesque landscape where parks abound, cultural festivals flourish, and open-air markets come alive with artisans and flavors. Enjoy a vibrant culinary scene that caters to both traditional and trendy tastes, from historic diners to innovative eateries.

The community boasts a robust arts scene, with theaters, galleries, and live music venues that invite exploration. Whether you're discovering local history or soaking up the rich cultural diversity, Raleigh-Durham offers a lifestyle that fosters not just a career, but an enhanced quality of life.

Your Profile

We seek someone who views occupational therapy as more than mere work; it is a vocation filled with purpose. We want individuals who beam with joy when a patient makes progress, whether that means regaining the ability to grasp an object, needing less assistance to move, or articulating feelings they once struggled to convey.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or just starting your professional journey, you will flourish here if you embody a blend of compassion, determination, and enthusiasm. If you crave a career that seamlessly blends exceptional care with a fulfilling lifestyle — you've found your ideal position.

Your Invitation to Create Meaningful Change

This is your opportunity to be part of a mission larger than a role on a team. Here, your contributions will not only influence individual lives but also inspire community well-being. You will thrive in a region celebrated for its balance between ambition and tranquility.

If you're eager to evolve, take action, and immerse yourself in a community that truly values care — we can't wait to meet you.
