Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as an integral part of a cohesive interdisciplinary team.

What We Offer

A nurturing, team-oriented atmosphere with ample opportunities for professional growth.

Your Role in This Journey

In this position, you'll be more than a provider of care — you'll be a catalyst for restoring daily routines, rebuilding self-esteem, and rekindling joy in the lives of your patients. From aiding stroke survivors in improving their fine motor skills to helping orthopedic patients regain mobility post-surgery, every interaction will leverage your expertise in delivering patient-centered care that fosters resilience and independence.

This role demands depth and dedication, where each patient's journey is a narrative and each therapy session forms a pivotal chapter in their rehabilitation. You will partner closely with fellow clinicians, nursing staff, and social workers to forge rehabilitation plans as distinct as the individuals you assist.

Join a Team You'll Love, in a Place That Inspires

We have cultivated a remarkable environment here. Our rehabilitation team goes beyond the traditional workflow — we motivate one another, share insights, and joyously celebrate achievements both significant and subtle. You'll thrive in a workplace that values your input, invests in your development, and allows your impact to shine daily.

And let's not forget the incomparable backdrop: Salt Lake City, a hub where astonishing landscapes meet diverse cultural experiences. Gone are the rigid urban layouts — instead, enjoy rolling hills, stunning mountains, and outdoor adventures enriching every weekend, be it hiking, skiing, or simply taking in the stunning vistas.

This community dances with creativity, music, and culinary delights. Food trucks serve gourmet dishes alongside artisanal pops and fresh flavors. Art galleries, live performances, and cozy cafés dot pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods. While the area attracts creatives, tech enthusiasts, and entrepreneurs, it balances work and leisure, allowing ample time for relaxing evening strolls and enjoying local events.

We're Looking for a Kindred Spirit

We seek someone who regards occupational therapy not merely as a profession but as a calling. A person who feels inspired by witnessing a patient regain use of their hand, walks with enhanced confidence, or expresses emotions they previously felt unable to share.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a passionate new graduate, you will flourish in this environment if you bring enthusiasm, dedication, and a compassionate approach to your work. If you envision blending high-quality therapy with an enriching lifestyle — this is where you belong.

Build a Meaningful Future — With Us

This is your opportunity to take part in something larger than just a job title. Here, your contributions will help shape futures, inspire recoveries, and restore what once seemed unattainable. And you'll do this surrounded by a community known for its equilibrium between ambition and peace.

If you're ready to flourish, make a difference, and immerse yourself in a caring community — we can't wait to meet you.
