In this role, you will do much more than treat symptoms—you will help restore daily routines, rebuild self-assurance, and reintroduce joy into everyday life. Whether you are guiding stroke survivors through fine motor rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, you will apply your skill set to provide patient-centric care that fosters resilience and independence.
This environment is dedicated to thoroughness, not just ticking boxes. Each patient has their unique journey, and every therapy session contributes to their progress and narrative. You will work hand-in-hand with fellow rehabilitation professionals, doctors, nurses, and social workers to design rehabilitation strategies that are as unique as those you assist.
Why Our Team and Environment Will Inspire You
We have cultivated a remarkable culture within our rehabilitation team. The camaraderie goes beyond daily duties — we uplift one another, share knowledge, and celebrate each success, large or small. You will find a workplace where your contributions are valued, your career growth is nurtured, and the effects of your work can be witnessed every day.
And let's talk about the backdrop: Utah, a land where adventure meets serenity. Here, the awe-inspiring mountains provide a setting transcending the ordinary. Gone are the days of bustling streets and concrete sprawl — embrace the rolling hills, open skies, and environments perfect for hiking, skiing, and exploring, bringing your restless spirit into harmony with nature.
The community is a vibrantly woven tapestry of creativity, paired with a rich culinary scene. Join the local crowd for famous food truck delicacies, artisan coffee places, and thriving local arts. As the area attracts explorers, innovators, and creators alike, life here moves at a pace that encourages both ambition and mindfulness.
Who You Will Be
We seek an individual who views occupational therapy as a life-defining vocation. Someone who rejoices with patients when they can grasp an object again, takes steps with renewed confidence, or finally articulates thoughts and feelings previously stifled.
Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L professional or a bright newcomer ready to shine, you will thrive here with your passion, dedication, and empathy. If you envision yourself integrating high-quality patient care with a fulfilling lifestyle — you have discovered your new home.

This is your call to become part of something far more significant than a mere job title. Here, your efforts will shape futures, inspire recoveries, and rediscover lost abilities. And you will do it all within a landscape that embraces a perfect blend of activity and peace.
If you are ready to take your next steps in personal and professional growth while being embraced by a caring community — we are eager to welcome you.
