Benefits

Full-time position with flexible scheduling

Clinical mentorship and professional development tools available

Involvement in quality enhancement and innovative program initiatives

In this role, you'll do more than simply treat ailments—you'll aid in the rehabilitation of daily routines, foster confidence, and rekindle joy in life's simplest moments. Whether you're guiding stroke survivors through intricate motor exercises or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining their mobility post-surgery, every moment will be an opportunity to impart individualized care that fosters resilience and autonomy.

This is not a position for routine practices or cookie-cutter approaches. It's a place where every patient brings a different narrative, and every therapy session becomes a pivotal chapter in their recovery. You'll closely align with a broad spectrum of colleagues, including therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, to craft rehabilitation paths tailored to the unique experiences of each individual.

Why You'll Adore the Team — and the Area That Embraces You

We've cultivated something truly special. Our rehab team doesn't just punch the clock — we uplift each other, share insights, and celebrate victories (big and small) as a cohesive unit. Prepare to find a workplace where your opinions are valued, your development is prioritized, and your contributions are visible day in and day out.

And let's talk about the surroundings: Southern California, a region that captivates the adventurous spirit and rewards exploration. Say goodbye to crowded urban sprawl — here, you'll discover picturesque landscapes adorned with mountains, serene beaches perfect for weekend relaxation, and countless hiking trails that lead to breathtaking views.

The atmosphere is buzzing with artistic energy, culinary diversity, and vibrant communities. From food trucks serving authentic Mexican cuisine to bustling farmers' markets overflowing with fresh produce, there's no shortage of flavor or culture. You'll feel the pulse of a community rich in creativity yet still grounded enough to allow for leisurely strolls along the beach or quiet evenings under the stars.

Who We're Searching For

We are in search of an individual who perceives occupational therapy not merely as a job, but as a meaningful pursuit. You're the kind of person who experiences profound joy when a patient regains the ability to grip a pencil, walks with less assistance, or articulates a thought that was previously unexpressed.

Whether you're a seasoned OTR/L or a recent graduate ready to embark on your professional journey, you will thrive if you approach your responsibilities with heart, determination, and humility. If the idea of marrying exceptional care with a vibrant lifestyle appeals to you — you've arrived at your destination.

Let's Create Something Significant — Together

This is your call to be part of something beyond skills and titles. Here, your efforts will sculpt futures, propel recoveries, and restore what was once lost. And you'll do it in an environment prized for its blend of ambition and tranquility.

If you're ready to evolve, give back, and root yourself in a caring community — we're excited to welcome you aboard.
