Your Responsibilities
Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized treatment strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
Implement Effective Interventions: Employ evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and day-to-day activities
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing teams to deliver holistic patient care
Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families about therapy methods to facilitate ongoing progress in their home environments
Track Progress and Adapt Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify therapy plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported
Licenses & Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
Desired Skills
