Your Role in Recovery

In this pivotal role, you will do more than just provide treatment — you will contribute to restoring daily routines, rebuilding self-assurance, and renewing the joy of everyday life. You'll guide patients through the intricate rehabilitation processes, whether it's assisting stroke survivors with fine motor skills or helping orthopedic patients regain their strength post-surgery, using your expertise in a person-centered approach.

This is not a space for routine checklists; instead, it is a community where every patient has a unique story and every therapy session represents a chapter in their recovery journey. You will partner closely with doctors, therapists, social workers, and nursing staff to tailor rehabilitation plans that resonate with the distinct needs of each individual.

Why You Will Love the Team — and the Surroundings

We pride ourselves on creating something truly meaningful here. Our rehab team doesn't merely show up for work — we uplift one another, exchange insights, and celebrate each achievement together, whether large or small. You will find an atmosphere where your contributions are valued, your professional growth is nurtured, and your impact is palpable every day.

And let's talk about the backdrop: Lubbock, a city that embraces creativity, historical charm, and a rich sense of community. Experience a horizon painted with stunning sunsets, a mix of lively music venues, and a food scene ranging from classic BBQ to artisanal eateries. Stroll through charming locales filled with eclectic boutiques, or enjoy activities at picturesque parks — the area invites you to explore and indulge in a lifestyle that perfectly fuses work and enjoyment.

Your Perfect Fit

We're in search of a compassionate professional who perceives occupational therapy not solely as a job, but as a heartfelt mission. Someone whose spirit ignites at the thought of witnessing a patient regain the ability to use their hand, take steps unassisted for the first time, or articulate a sentiment they once struggled to express.

If you are an experienced OTR/L or a recent graduate eager to make a discovery-filled career, thrive with a blend of dedication, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. If you resonate with the idea of merging quality care while enjoying a rewarding lifestyle, we warmly invite you to become part of our family.

Join Us – For a Meaningful Tomorrow

This is your chance to join a greater purpose beyond a mere title. Your contributions will transform lives, accelerate recoveries, and restore essential capabilities, all in a landscape that celebrates both hard work and harmony.

If you're ready to flourish, give back, and plant roots in a nurturing community that thrives on togetherness — we would love to hear from you.
