In this position, you'll do much more than merely address physical challenges; you'll play a vital role in restoring everyday routines, rebuilding self-esteem, and reigniting happiness in daily activities. From guiding patients through the intricacies of fine motor rehabilitation post-stroke to assisting orthopedic patients in reclaiming mobility post-surgery, your expertise will shine as you provide person-centered care that cultivates resilience and autonomy.

Every patient is seen as a unique individual, and each therapy session becomes a chapter in their journey toward recovery. Working closely alongside fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, you'll collaboratively design rehabilitation strategies that are as distinctive as the individuals you serve.

Our rehabilitation team thrives on connection and acknowledgment; we don't simply show up for work—we uplift each other, exchange knowledge, and celebrate achievements (both large and small) collectively. Here, your contributions are valued, your growth is fostered, and you'll see your impact materialize in tangible ways every single day.

A person whose heart swells with joy at witnessing a patient reclaim their capabilities, whether it's using their hands and arms effectively, walking with reduced assistance, or articulating previously unexpressed thoughts.

If you're an experienced OTR/L or a newly certified star ready to embark on a meaningful adventure, you'll flourish in our environment if you bring passion, persistence, and genuine humility to your efforts. If the thought of intertwining exceptional care with an enriching lifestyle resonates with you—your perfect workplace awaits.
