Job Responsibilities

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft custom therapy plans aimed at helping them achieve their personal goals.

Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Employ evidence-based practices to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily life skills.

Partner with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work side by side with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques that promote continuous progress at home.

Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Systematically record clinical developments and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure steady improvement for patients.

Educational Background

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

Encouraged support for ongoing education or advanced certifications.

Required Certifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
