Your Role in Patient Success

In this engaging role, your mission transcends mere symptom management; you will help restore daily routines, boost self-esteem, and rekindle a sense of joy in living. Guiding stroke survivors in fine motor recovery or supporting orthopedic patients as they regain mobility post-surgery will showcase the depth of your skills and commitment to person-centered care.

This is not an environment for quick fixes or transient checklists. Each patient represents a narrative, and every therapy session unfolds like a chapter in their journey back to wellness. You will work alongside fellow therapists, healthcare providers, and social workers to co-develop rehabilitation strategies uniquely tailored to each individual.

A Community That Inspires You

We've cultivated an extraordinary atmosphere here. Our rehabilitation team is not just a group of colleagues working side by side; we are motivators for one another, sharing insights, and celebrating every success—no matter the size. You'll join a workplace where your voice is valued, your growth is nurtured, and your influence is felt every day.

And consider the surroundings: McKinney, Texas—the area that surprises and delights. Imagine landscapes of blossoming wildflowers, tranquil rivers ideal for weekend adventures, and trails winding through ancient oak trees. The community exudes creativity, music, and culinary diversity, with food trucks serving up mouthwatering barbecue alongside plant-based delights. Quirky boutiques and lively music venues create a vibrant neighborhood tapestry, reinforced by a pace of life that welcomes quiet porch moments and soulful strolls beneath the sky.

Your Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek individuals who view occupational therapy not merely as a career but as a vocation infused with purpose. Those who feel that thrill when a patient regains movement, walks unassisted, or articulates a previously unexpressed thought.

Whether you're a seasoned OTR/L or a promising newcomer fresh out of certification, your success here hinges on your heart, hustle, and humility. If the vision of merging top-tier care with a fulfilling life resonates with you — welcome home.

Join Us in Creating Meaningful Change

This is your call to engage in something beyond a job title. Here, your efforts will help sculpt futures, fuel journeys, and revive what was lost—all while nestled in a region known for its blend of ambition and tranquility.

If you're ready to evolve, contribute, and integrate yourself into a compassionate community — we are excited to meet you.
