What You'll Be Doing

In this role, your impact will extend well beyond simply addressing symptoms—you'll be instrumental in restoring daily routines, rebuilding self-esteem, and reigniting joy in everyday activities. From supporting stroke survivors with fine motor recovery to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility, you will employ all your expertise to deliver patient-centered care that nurtures resilience and independence.

This is not a place for shortcuts or routines. It's a space where each individual represents a unique narrative, and each therapy session unfolds as a crucial chapter of their recovery. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and social workers, you will co-create rehabilitation strategies tailored to each patient's journey.

Why You'll Love Working Here — and the Community That Embraces You

Our team has cultivated a truly exceptional culture. Here, our rehab professionals do much more than fulfill their responsibilities—they uplift one another, exchange insights, and commemorate every victory (big and small) together. You will discover a workplace where your input is valued, your development is prioritized, and your daily contributions have a visible impact.

The backdrop of your professional journey is the beautiful city of Raleigh, a destination characterized by its rich history and vibrant ambiance. This dynamic city is more than just its scenery; it's alive with creativity, bustling innovation, and warm community connections. Here, charming parks invite peaceful strolls, while an array of museums and cultural events inspire your curiosity.

Food enthusiasts will be thrilled by Raleigh's culinary diversity, from trendy cafes serving artisanal fare to locally-owned eateries dishing up Southern favorites. As you immerse yourself in the city's artistic scene, you'll discover its streets filled with live music, art galleries, and engaging festivals that capture the essence of its spirit.

Who We're Looking For

We're on the lookout for an individual who views occupational therapy as more than just a job but as a profound vocation. Someone who feels a surge of excitement when a patient regains the ability to use their hand independently, walks more confidently with reduced assistance, or shares thoughts that they once felt were out of reach.

If you are a passionate OTR/L veteran or a recent graduate ready to start your career, you'll flourish if you bring compassion, determination, and integrity to your practice. If the idea of merging high-quality care with a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you — you've landed in the right spot.

Join Us in Creating Lasting Change — Together

This is your open invitation to become part of a bigger mission beyond just a job title. Here, your work will shape destinies, inspire recoveries, and reclaim what was lost. Additionally, you'll flourish in an environment celebrated for both its commitment to professional excellence and its harmony with life outside of work.

So, if you're eager to learn, give back, and immerse yourself in a caring community — we are excited to welcome you.
