In this position, you will do so much more than treat symptoms; you will help patients restore their routines, rebuild their self-confidence, and rediscover joy in their daily lives. From guiding stroke survivors through intricate fine motor rehabilitation to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining their mobility post-surgery, every ounce of your expertise will contribute to person-centered care that fosters resilience and independence.

This is not a place for shortcuts or generic solutions. It is a nurturing environment where each patient tells their own story, and each therapy session unfolds as a chapter in their unique journey toward recovery. You will collaborate closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to design rehabilitation plans as individual as the patients themselves.

We've established something truly exceptional here. Our rehab team supports one another through encouragement, shared knowledge, and collective celebrations of victories, both great and small. You'll find a workplace where your opinions matter, your personal growth is nurtured, and your daily impact is tangible.

And let's not forget about the locale: San Antonio, a city filled with vibrant history and rich culture. Exchange the busy cityscapes for lush parks filled with blooming flowers, and rivers ideal for weekend paddling. Experience trails that meander through enchanting landscapes, brimming with history and life.

This community thrives on creativity, music, and culinary diversity. Spend your weekends enjoying world-class dining experiences that blend Southern flavors with global influences, all while visiting vintage boutiques, local music venues, and historic districts. San Antonio manages to attract artists, visionaries, and entrepreneurs while still offering a pace that leaves room for relaxed strolls and leisurely conversations.

We are in search of someone who perceives occupational therapy as a vocation, rather than just a career. Someone who feels a spark of joy when a patient regains mobility, finds their voice again, or accomplishes a task they thought lost to them.

Whether you're a seasoned OTR/L or a newly certified star, you will flourish here if you approach your work with compassion, determination, and openness. If the prospect of merging high-quality therapeutic care with a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you — you've uncovered your home.

This is more than just a job offering; it's an invitation to be part of a transformative journey. Here, your contributions will influence lives, support recoveries, and help restore the joys of independence. And you will do it all in a region that beautifully balances ambition and serenity.

If you are ready to expand your horizons, lend a helping hand, and immerse yourself in a caring community — we can't wait to welcome you aboard.
