Job Responsibilities
Create Tailored Treatment Programs: Assess each patient's needs to devise personalized therapy strategies that empower them to reach their functional goals.

Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic care that encompasses all aspects of well-being.
Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education and resources to patients and caregivers on therapy practices to facilitate continuity of care at home.
Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor patient development and amend treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Commitment to continuous learning with ongoing education or post-grad certifications encouraged.
Certifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
