What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you won't merely address symptoms—you'll be central to restoring routines, rebuilding self-esteem, and reigniting the joy of everyday life. Whether it's assisting stroke survivors with fine motor skills rehabilitation or guiding orthopedic patients back to mobility post-surgery, your expertise will be pivotal in delivering person-centered care that champions resilience and independence.

This is a place where meaningful interactions happen, not just a checklist environment. Every patient has a narrative, and each therapy session unfolds as a new chapter in their journey of recovery. You'll collaborate closely with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and social workers to design rehabilitation plans that honor the uniqueness of each individual.

Why You'll Adore Your Team and the Crafty City That Inspires You

Here, we have cultivated an extraordinary atmosphere. Our rehab team doesn't just come to work—they uplift one another, exchange knowledge, and celebrate both little victories and significant achievements. You'll find yourself in a workspace where your contributions matter, where your growth takes precedence, and where your influence is evident every day.

Then, there's Saint Paul—the city stands as a beacon of art, history, and culture, ready to be explored. Picture expansive trails winding around rivers teeming with kayaks, parks adorned with artistic fountains, and historic architecture that whispers tales from the past. Beyond the fantastic scenery, the community offers a brilliant tapestry of dining experiences, with farm-to-table establishments gracing the streets alongside original food trucks delivering flavors of the world.

The vibrant neighborhoods hum with the energy of galleries, music venues, and cozy coffee shops. While offering endless activities for various interests, the pace is comfortably relaxed, allowing for moments of both adventure and connection with the community that envelops you.

Who We Need

We seek an individual who perceives occupational therapy as more than just a career but as a profound calling. Someone who feels a spark of joy when a patient regains their hand function, walks with greater independence, or communicates a thought they had difficulty expressing.

Whether you're an established OTR/L or a bright new talent fresh out of certification, you'll find fulfillment here when you bring heart, resilience, and compassion into your work. If the idea of joining an outstanding quality of care with a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you—your new home awaits.

Let's Forge a Meaningful Path Together

This is your chance to contribute to something far greater than mere job responsibilities. In this role, your efforts will shape destinies, fuel recoveries, and restore what has been lost. You will achieve this in a region celebrated for its harmonious blend of energy and tranquility.

So, if you are ready to flourish, serve, and immerse yourself in a caring community—let's transition to this new adventure together.
