We're searching for a full-time, licensed OTR/L to join a team of passionate and innovative therapists who prioritize connection, creativity, and positive outcomes. Whether you're an experienced practitioner or a newcomer in the field, your opportunity to make a difference awaits in a locale that harmonizes with a slower pace of life.

Create Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patient needs and devise personalized therapy plans to assist them in reaching their functional objectives.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities.

Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers in therapy methods that encourage ongoing improvement outside of sessions.

Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical results and adapt treatment as necessary to keep patients on their trajectory toward recovery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

Credentials

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.

Key Skills

A deep-seated passion for assisting others to achieve their utmost independence.

Clear and compassionate communication with patients and team members.

Creative thinking and adaptability to cater to diverse patient needs.

Confident working both autonomously and collaboratively within a close-knit, multidisciplinary team.

What We Offer

A nurturing, team-centric environment with abundant opportunities for growth.

Full-time hours with flexible scheduling options.

Access to mentorship and professional development resources.

Utilization of modern tools, facilities, and documentation systems.

Involvement in quality improvement and innovative initiatives.

Your Impact in This Role

In this position, your role stretches beyond merely alleviating symptoms—you're about restoring routines, rebuilding confidence, and renewing joy in the ebb and flow of everyday living. Whether it's guiding stroke survivors through fine motor rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients to regain their mobility following surgery, your expertise will offer essential, person-centered care that cultivates resilience and independence.

This role is not about cut corners or ticking boxes. Instead, every patient you work with has their own story, making each session a unique chapter in their recovery. You'll collaborate closely with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and support staff to create rehabilitation plans as distinctive as the individuals you serve.

Join a Special Team in a Remarkable Setting

We take pride in cultivating an extraordinary environment. Our rehab team doesn't just show up for work; we motivate each other, share insights, and cheer for victories, both big and small. Here, your opinions matter; your professional journey is prioritized, and the impact of your work is evident every day.

And let's not forget the surroundings: the stunning Pacific Northwest, where sweeping landscapes, lush forests, and tranquil waters invite exploration. Gone are the concrete jungles; instead, relish the infinite opportunities for outdoor adventures among mountains, streams, and coastlines perfect for kayaking on serene weekends or hiking through breathtaking trails.

The community is brimming with inspiration, creativity, and rich flavors. Enjoy gastronomic delights at local markets, engage in outdoor festivals, and explore unique shops and galleries. While the area attracts innovators, artists, and entrepreneurs, it retains a welcoming ambiance where intimacy and connection flourish in every corner.

The Ideal Candidate

We're searching for an individual who perceives occupational therapy as more than a career, but a genuine calling. Someone who finds joy when a patient regains a particular skill, walks more independently, or shares thoughts they were once unable to express.

Whether you're an established OTR/L or a recent graduate, you will thrive in this role by bringing your heart, dedication, and humility to your practice. If the thought of merging high-caliber care with an enriching lifestyle resonates with you, your search ends here.

Let's Create Lasting Impact Together

This is your chance to join a mission greater than just a job title. Here, your contributions will shape the futures of others, fuel their recoveries, and restore what they thought was beyond reach. You will do all this while immersed in a region celebrated for its harmonious blend of ambition and serenity.

So if you're ready to learn, give back, and connect with a caring community—welcome aboard. We cannot wait to see how you will bring your passion and expertise to this remarkable setting.
