Overview: $85k - $100k+ | $5k sign-on bonus | 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
Looking for an opportunity where you can use your OT expertise, treat complex orthopedic cases, and make a measurable impact on patients' lives? Join a highly collaborative Merrillville team working alongside orthopedic physicians in a 100% orthopedic, post-operative environment with a strong focus on the upper extremity—including hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders. You'll have the opportunity to build advanced skills in custom splinting, bracing, post-op rehabilitation, work conditioning, and functional return-to-work programs while treating a diverse patient population. Responsibilities: Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans.
Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility.
Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
