$85k - $100k+ | $5k sign-on bonus | 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
Looking for an opportunity where you can use your OT expertise, treat complex orthopedic cases, and make a measurable impact on patients' lives? Join a highly collaborative Merrillville team working alongside orthopedic physicians in a 100% orthopedic, post-operative environment with a strong focus on the upper extremity—including hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders. You'll have the opportunity to build advanced skills in custom splinting, bracing, post-op rehabilitation, work conditioning, and functional return-to-work programs while treating a diverse patient population. Responsibilities:
* Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans.
* Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
* Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility.
* Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
* Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications:
* Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
* Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
