nOccupational Therapist at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.

nThe Occupational Therapist's duties will include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication, and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients, caregivers, and the community. The Occupational Therapist will foster a positive, professional relationship among interdisciplinary providers and intradepartmental staff. The Occupational Therapist works with interdisciplinary and ancillary healthcare providers to ensure optimal continuum of care. Performs all duties under general supervision.

nRequired Qualifications:
nnnEducation to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

nnUpon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

nPosted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
