Responsibilities:
* Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans * Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns * Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility * Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed Qualifications: * Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice) * Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success * Basic computer skills * CPR and first aid certification required * Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) strongly preferred OR * CHT-eligible (minimum 4,000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 years of practice ), awaiting board examination , OR * Level II fieldwork in hand therapy , with relevant continuing education , and 2+ years of outpatient hand therapy experience as a licensed OT; NO New Grads * Experience treating upper-extremity (UE) diagnoses , including repetitive strain injuries, arthritic conditions, nerve injuries, ligament and tendon injuries, post-surgical conditions, fractures, sprains and strains, and nerve and tendon transfers and repairs. Experience with splinting and orthotic fabrication preferred. * Experience treating pediatric patients and a demonstrated interest in providing pediatric occupational therapy services as part of a combined hand therapy and pediatric caseload #CH About: Compensation: $91K - $108K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications.
