Job description
Occupational Therapist (OT) with Hand Experience

If so, then All Star Physical Therapy in Hemet, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) with hand experience to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. We have a hand therapist on staff to provide mentorship/training for OT's that are newer to hand therapy.

In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated COTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documentation software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1000/month. Responsibilities:
Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Occupational Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
AHA BLS required
Experienced Occupational Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply. Hand therapy experience a plus.
Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.
Compensation: $48- $55/hour + daily productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, up to $25K in student loan reimbursement, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
