nWhat You'll Do:
nnnProvide one-on-one outpatient OT care
n
nnEvaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
n
nnFabricate custom splints as needed
n
nnDocument evaluations and treatment progress
n
nnCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team
n

nnnOccupational Therapist Program Graduate

nnNYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible

nnStrong communication and patient education skills

nnCommitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

nnSensory integration experience a plus
n
nnCertifications Required: CPR/First Aid

n nAdditional Information
nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
