nThe pediatric rehabilitation services occupational therapist delivers and supervises others in the delivery of services to children, birth to 18 years old. Services provided upon referral include evaluations, developing individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes, implementation of the treatment program, reassessment of treatment results and discharge planning. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, appropriate disciplines, and family centered, involving family, caregivers and patient. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts for occupational therapists, and current accepted state of the art practice.

nRequired Qualifications:

nnnBachelor's Degree: Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

nnUpon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License

n

nnUpon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

n

n nPreferred Qualifications:

nnPediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT); new graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered

nPosted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
