Job description
Outpatient Occupational Therapist
As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

Your responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist include:
Delivering evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
Establishing timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
Demonstrating a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
Building and maintaining relationships throughout the community

Qualifications:
Graduate of an AOTA approved occupational therapy program
State licensure in occupational therapy
Registered with NBCOT
Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
Compensation & Bonus Structure:
Base Salary: $75,000 - $107,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
