BLS from American Red Cross
Occupational Therapist License for State of HI
Mandatory Experience:
Occupational Therapist
Minimum 2 years' work experience in working with adults (Outpatient and Acute)
Coverage in Rehab and Acute Rehab
EMR Used EPIC
