This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year! The bonus opportunities extend well beyond your first year. n Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you Perform comprehensive patient evaluations focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, and home safety, developing individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life Educate and empower patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, use of assistive equipment, energy conservation, and home safety strategies to support safe, confident participation in daily routines Work independently, but never alone Travel to patient homes within assigned territory Dedicated field education team supporting you from Day 1 Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance Fleet Vehicle Program Pension Plan + 401K Up to 90% off degrees and certifications through our Purdue University partnership Active Occupational Therapist, OT license in the state you work One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. \Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
