nJob Description
nnnEvaluate patients and develop treatment plans based on physician referrals.
n
nnAdminister therapy, including manual techniques, exercises, and modalities.
n
nnAssess and fit patients for splints and adaptive devices.
n
nnSupervise COTAs and provide guidance on patient care.
n
nnMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
n
nnOrder and manage therapy supplies and equipment.
n
nnAssist with scheduling and patient appointment coordination.
n
nnContribute to policy development, quality assurance, and program growth.
n
nnParticipate in marketing, public relations, and professional education activities.
n
n nQualifications
nnnGraduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum
n
nnLicensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in state of TN
n
nnCPR certification
n
nnAbility to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
n
nnBasic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
n
nnExercise and Manual based skills, and Sports Rehabilitation
n
nnOne or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital preferred
n
nnNew or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
