Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to plan and implement therapy programs across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, in a homecare setting. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, and an active OT license. Excellent communication and clinical reasoning are essential for success.
