Job description
Provides occupational therapy services to patients ranging from the very young (newborn) to adolescentwho may have physical, medical and/or psychological conditions. Patients are evaluated and treated in an outpatient environment. Therapists are responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly. In collaboration with the COTA, works with patients on an individual basis using current technology, treatment techniques, and modalities consistent with department and hospital policies. Responsible for developing and facilitating specialized treatment programs as appropriate to meet patient needs.
Schedule:
Full-time | 64-80 hours every two weeks | Onsite
Monday-Friday | Clinic Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
No nights, weekends, or holidays!
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $80, per year and increases with experience
Salary range: $71,676.80-$107,556.80per year Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
$5,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away fromWaite Parkandrelocate within 30 miles of Waite Park.
