Occupational Therapists provide evaluation and treatment services to infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of physical, developmental, medical, and behavioral needs in an outpatient setting. nnnFull-time | 64-80 hours every two weeks | Onsite

nnMonday-Friday | Clinic Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

nnNo nights, weekends, or holidays!

n nPay and Benefits:
nnnStarting pay begins at $80, per year and increases with experience
n
nnSalary range: $71,676.80-$107,556.80per year
n
nnSalary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
n
nn$5,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus
n

n nQualifications:
nnnGraduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy and successful completion of clinical training required.
n
nnPrior experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills beyond basic entry level for the position in which the applicant is applying for. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
n
nnCertified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy required within six months of hire.
n
nnRegistered through the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Occupational Therapist or a temporary Occupational Therapist permit required with Occupational Therapist license obtained within 90 days of hire.
n
nnCurrent American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
n
n nTo be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Waite Park and relocate within 30 miles of Waite Park. CentraCare hiring incentives to include but not limited to, hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time.
