Job description
Carle Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. You will partner closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members, contribute to patient safety and quality initiatives, and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies.
