Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

We’re looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our home health team and help patients build confidence, regain independence, and safely remain at home.
Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, physician, and care team
Help patients improve safety, independence, and ability to manage daily activities
Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license in good standing
home health experience preferred
Flexible PRN scheduling
