Creative Health Solutions is looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist for consistent PRN hours through the week at our beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility with Assisted Living in Ocala, FL. CHS is an in-house therapy company that specializes in providing patient-centered care.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
Qualifications Applicants must have:
Valid State OT License
