Occupational Therapist
School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part Time or Full Time | Redmond, WA | School Year | 0.6 or 1.0 FTE | Up to $72/hour
Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the school year in Redmond, Washington. This is a part-time or full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you're an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Highlights:
Location: Redmond, WA
Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) – School Setting
Full time (M-F) or part time available (3 days per week)
Schedule: M-F for full-time; or choose your days/hours for part-time
Setting: In-person, K–12 public school environment
Caseload: to be discussed in interview
October 2026 through June 2027
Responsibilities:
Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation
Conduct evaluations and write reports
Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
Qualifications:
Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license
Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
