nPosition Summary :
nResponsible for providing services to both inpatients and outpatients, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation and related documentation.
nPosition Requirements :
nnnGraduate of approved School of Occupational Therapy.
n
nnLicensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Illinois.
n
nnHolds and maintains requirements for credential of “Registered” as issued by NBCOT
n
nnCertified in CPR through the American Heart Association.
n
